International Youth Director
Represent and lead the youth voice within Harmonic Minds, shaping programs and initiatives that empower young people nationwide.

Serve as the primary liaison between the national leadership team and youth members

Lead youth engagement efforts, including organizing events, workshops, and campaigns

Advocate for youth perspectives in organizational decisions and strategy
Director of Events & Programming
Plan, organize, and execute impactful events that promote Harmonic Minds’ mission and engage communities.

Design and manage virtual and in-person events, workshops, and campaigns
-
Coordinate with chapter leaders and team members to maximize event participation​

Oversee event logistics, promotion, and follow-up to measure impact
Creative Director
Lead the visual identity and creative content strategy to strengthen Harmonic Minds’ brand and message.

Oversee all graphic design, branding, and multimedia content across platforms

Collaborate with social media, events, and chapter teams to produce cohesive visuals

Develop templates, guides, and assets for chapters and campaigns
Director of Mental Health & Research
Oversees the creation of educational material that combines science + music.

Leads the development of educational materials that integrate scientific research with music therapy principles

Researches and verifies credible sources to ensure all content is fact-based and trustworthy
Chapter leader
Start and lead a Harmonic Minds chapter at your country, state, or community.

Host music & wellness events (circles, concerts, drives)

Build and manage a team of student members

Represent Harmonic Minds locally & connect globally
